As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking talented and experienced Manufacturing Leaders, Technicians and Engineers within Equipment Maintenance and Quality Operations to join us in Sparks, Nevada. Process Technician: The Process Technician performs process sustaining tasks for the manufacturing line on a variety of mechanical and chemical processes including response to out-of-control process, work on yield improvement projects, disposition of special case non-conforming materials that come from the manufacturing line, qualifying new equipment and processes that are being introduced into the manufacturing line. Perform supporting activities for engineering and manufacturing including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, yield improvement, scrap reduction, production line configuration, and safety procedures. Equipment Maintenance Technician: As a Tesla Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of a wide array of manufacturing equipment.You will apply your technical skills to install, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, factory automation and robotics. You will work with the highest caliber process and equipment engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize or eliminate downtime.Tesla's Equipment Maintenance is also the first-responding problem solvers who manage machine breakdown recoveries to keep production running. Quality Technician: Tesla is seeking a Quality Systems Engineering Technician toassistin developing and implementing quality systems. This position will involveidentifyinginefficiencies across the business andbe responsible forimplementationof technical solutions by working closely with the Technical Program Manager. Your changes will haveimpacton the way people work. To be successful in your role, business stakeholders should be able to trust yourexpertisefor suggesting quantifiable solutions that will persist long after you move on to your next initiative. Production Supervisor: Join the Cell Manufacturing Production team as a Production Supervisor, leading Associates and Leads in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production goals, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement. Equipment Maintenance Supervisor: Supervise a group of equipment maintenance technicians that are responsible for equipment availability, and performance. Perform preventative maintenance and repair on a variety of electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment. Develop and maintain maintenance and calibration schedules for all tools, machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility. Perform supporting activities for engineering and manufacturing including 5S and Lean manufacturing activities, material handling improvements, production line configuration, and safety procedures.
