Here's what you'd do:

• The Manufacturing Technician (Laser Assembly Technician) will focus on Laser Transmitter manufacturing and work within a cleanroom environment, performing day-to-day operational needs of the business.
• This position installs, aligns, and operates laser transmitters and components.
• He/ She assists in the build techniques to ensure the successful product output from the cleanroom and laser operations area.
• Develops techniques and procedures for building lasers
• Assembles and tests optical, mechanical, and electrical subassemblies.
• Completes optical bonding, cleaning, and inspection of laser units with close attention to detail.
• Builds wiring harness, solders and performs PCB assembly of electrical and electrooptical subassemblies.
• Identifies problems and issues, resolves most issues, and makes recommendations for improvements in yield.
• Responsible for ensuring that specified quality standards are met for all tasks completed.
• Demonstrates ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values.
• Perform job duties in a manner that maintains compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Follows established processes to complete tasks.
• All other assignments as needed.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Hours: 9/80 - 1^st shift.

Length: Temp (12 months).
