Job Description What is the opportunity? The Complex Director (CD) holds a critical leadership position within the Private Client Group (PCG), overseeing a network of branches. As the primary supervisor, the CD manages all complex personnel, including Branch Directors (BDs), Financial Advisors (FAs), support staff, and operational teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards. This role is central to driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned branches. Key responsibilities include leading business development initiatives, talent recruitment and retention, and fostering community engagement to strengthen the organization's market presence. The CD also serves as the BD for the complex's main office, balancing supervisory duties with limited personal production. By translating strategic vision into actionable results, the CD plays a pivotal role in achieving the Private Client Group's long-term objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and client service.
