Location: On-Site, West Plains, MO

Hourly Pay: $17

(this position is bonus eligible)

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Mo - Fr, Central Time

The Revenue Cycle Electronic Money Processing representative works within the Posting and Processing Team to print bank sheets detailing electronic payments received and to match each of those payments with an appropriate remit.

Essential Functions/Duties

• Download electronic remittance advice (ERA) files from all required websites.
• Print bank sheets detailing electronic payments received by GMR Air bank accounts.
• Accurately calculate daily bank sheet totals.
• Match payments on bank sheets to appropriate ERA file or paper remit.
• Import ERA files into billing system to be posted.
• Log any unidentified payments to appropriate spreadsheet and follow up until resolved.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

• Must be fluent in English
• Knowledge and experience of computers and related technology, at an intermediate level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Proficient in basic computer commands such as Copy, Cut, Paste, Select All

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Respond Billing / Sweet
• Experience downloading and importing ERA files
• Proficient in keyboard hot keys (e.g. Ctrl + C to Copy)

Preferred Education

• High school diploma
• GED
• Or significant, relevant work experience
