Current Depot Location: 16 Esquire Rd, North Billerica, MA 01862

Depot location is moving in April to: 600 Griffin Brook Drive, Methuen, Massachusetts

  • $3,000 Sign on Bonus!
  • $31.50 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr

What You'll Do:

As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
• Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CDL - regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Here's what we expect from our Delivery Service Drivers:

• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months):
  • Limited to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.

• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):
  • No DUI/DWI convictions
  • No speeding over 100 mph
  • No other major safety violations

• Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire
