Department OverviewThe Loss Prevention and Security (LPS) organization within Motorola Solutions is responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to protect the company's assets, employees, and reputation.This organization works closely with other departments within the company, such as IT Security, Legal, Office of Ethics and HR, as well as Business Continuity and Crisis Teams along with external stakeholders such as security consultancies, law enforcement and government agencies, to ensure a comprehensive and effective security program. Job Description The Security Specialist will be a key member of the physical security team, responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's video surveillance and access control systems. This role requires a hands-on expert who can manage security infrastructure from design and installation to daily operations and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of security industry best practices and technical systems. Key Responsibilities:

Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
