Department OverviewBy joining the Motorola Solutions Legal team, you will play a vital role in helping our public safety and commercial customers obtain the essential products and services they need for the moments that matter.Our team supports the full lifecycle of innovation and business efforts at Motorola Solutions. This includes our product legal team analyzing new offerings, our finance team managing rate analysis and legal spend, and our legal operations team developing the policies and practices integral to our success. Job Description The Business Operations Analyst evaluates, develops, and analyzes business processes and data methodologies to generate insights and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures. This role audits existing procedures for compliance and effectiveness while ensuring operations support the organization's strategic plan. Key Responsibilities:

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
