As a Senior NPI Demand Planner at ASML, you play an essential role in shaping the future of semiconductor technology. The Senior NPI Demand Planner ensures that our supply chain strategy supports technological innovation and business growth. Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior NPI Demand Planner, you support the business by translating complex planning challenges into actionable solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Select and analyze information to identify key trends and themes.
  • Interfaces independently with a broad and complex network of senior stakeholders across sectors.
  • Manages risks and opportunities in new product introduction and ensures PGP deliverables on time. Provides support to PGP deliverables.
  • Drive cost management by identifying opportunities and executing on business plan alignment.
  • Guide investment decisions by evaluating trade-offs for business growth.
  • Apply your business acumen to contribute to priority setting and process improvements.
  • Model and report the impacts of business decisions to enable data-driven change.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on business planning risks and opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide other planners, supporting development across the team and organization.

Your work as a Senior NPI Demand Planner is central to our success, ensuring that ASML stays ahead in a dynamic industry.

Education and Experience
  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Five or more years of experience in similar field.
  • Considerable general work experience and in-depth experience with process frameworks, improvement tools, and techniques.
  • Proven track record of navigating business complexity, planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with tools such as SAP, Python, or equivalent planning and analysis systems.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$108,750-163,125

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
