Position Responsibilities About the Role Deltek is seeking a dynamic and visionary DPS Technical Center of Excellence Leader to spearhead organizational transformation and drive the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, across our Professional Services teams. This is a pivotal leadership role at a time when Deltek is embracing significant change and innovation, offering the chance to shape the future of our technical operations and culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire global, cross-functional DPS technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Drive organizational transformation initiatives, championing the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes Develop and execute a forward-thinking vision for the DPS Technical Center of Excellence, aligning with Deltek's strategic goals Oversee the implementation of best practices in technical development, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency Facilitate change management processes, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new tools and methodologies Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for technical innovation and process optimization Mentor and develop technical talent, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team Focus on both internal initiatives and external projects as we deliver for our customers Qualifications Required Qualifications & Skills Significant leadership experience in technical or professional services environments Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and managing change at scale Strong technical literacy, with a deep understanding of AI and its practical applications in business Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to develop and communicate a compelling vision for the future Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Hands-on technical development experience Familiarity with both waterfall and agile development methodologies Compensation Info The U.S. salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$263,250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
