The Lead Patient Service Representative is to provide daily operational oversight, staff support, and real time issue resolution to maintain consistent access, quality, and patient experience. The Lead PSR will provide support beyond the North Muskegon Care Center, including: Norton Shores Heart & Vascular - opening 2/3/26, requiring frontline operational coordination. 1845 Specialty Clinic - supporting specialty workflows requiring consistent oversight. Northwest Region On Call Leadership - participating in the every 8th weekend leadership rotation to support regional operations. This position supports the North Muskegon sites but will be expected to also travel and support the Northwest team including Ludington, North Muskegon, Grand Haven and Gerber area. Job SummaryOrganizes and directs day-to-day clerical function in the delivery of quality health care services. Provides leadership and guidance to clerical staff. Essential Functions
