Description Whitewater & Janesville, WI * 32 Hours/Week * Part-Time with Benefits Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a missiondriven Occupancy Specialist / Property Manager to support three HUD housing communities-two in Whitewater and one in Janesville-serving a total of 38 apartment units. If you're organized, peoplefocused, and passionate about helping individuals maintain safe, stable housing, this role offers the perfect blend of administrative work, resident interaction, and handson property support. This is a 32hour, firstshift, parttime position that is fully benefiteligible. What You'll Do As the primary onsite representative for LSS housing programs, you'll ensure smooth daytoday operations and uphold HUD and LSS standards. 1 years: Previous experience in property management and or working with customers in a similar setting (preferred)
