Overview Operations Manager - Asphalt Maintenance - Asphalt Seal and Repair Location: Asphalt Seal and Repair - De Pere, WI 54115 The Operations Manager schedules and oversees all day-to-day operations of the asphalt maintenance division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role manages crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors while coordinating with sales, clients, and leadership to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
