You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with site teams, document observations, and deliver customer service that reflects our caring culture. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor alarm panels, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, reporting irregularities and coordinating response per post orders.
• Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs, and maintain professional interaction with employees, contractors, and delivery drivers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
