The Environmental Services (EVS) Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a sanitary, safe, and inviting atmosphere for all patients, visitors, and staff at our facility. This position involves supervising day and evening environmental services staff, conducting quality assurance inspections, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Effective collaboration with the EVS Director is essential to manage department operations, including training, scheduling, and resource allocation. Challenges include adapting quickly to changing needs, managing confidential information, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control. The role demands hands-on management to fulfill both routine and unexpected departmental needs.

The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
