Job Overview

Facilitate comprehensive planning for corporate, social, HSB member, and internal clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and optimized revenue, with a primary focus on Golf Events, Weddings, and other Special Events. Responsibilities include coordinating and communicating all logistics to relevant resort departments, providing on-site event management, and overseeing the full billing and post-event follow-up process.

Essential Job Functions



  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the execution of booked Weddings, Golf Tournaments, and Special Events from the point of Sales turnover through to final billing.
  • Creative Planning: Design menus, event setups, and service details that align with the client's unique taste, style, and brand.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the central liaison between management, culinary, service staff, golf professionals, accounting, and third-party vendors.
  • Production & Decor: Partner with internal and external rental and production companies to fulfill all client decor and audiovisual requirements.
  • Financial Integrity: Collect and process event deposits and payments; verify that all client billing information is precise and reconciled.
  • High-Pressure Adaptability: Maintain professional composure in high-stress situations to execute last-minute changes; ensure concise communication across all departments.
  • Responsiveness: Operate with a high sense of urgency, maintaining a 12-24 hour standard for all phone and email follow-ups.
  • Trend Leadership: Attend industry events to stay current on food, beverage, and event trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas back to the Resort.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hospitality preferred; or 2-5 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Hotel/Resort Management or the event industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Delphi (Salesforce).
  • Specialized Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits; extensive understanding of golf tournament operations.
