Black’s Valley Ag, a family-owned agricultural business proudly serving Western Wisconsin since 1990, is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Fertilizer Tender Truck Drivers for the spring season at our Durand location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and wants to play a hands-on role in supporting local farmers during a critical time of year.

As a tender truck driver, you will be responsible for delivering dry fertilizer to applicators working in the field as well as directly to area farmers. You’ll work closely with our agronomy and operations teams to ensure timely, safe, and accurate deliveries. A full CDL is preferred, but not required—we are willing to assist qualified candidates in obtaining a temporary CDL to get started.
