The MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULER will create, implement, and manage detailed production or project schedules to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization. They bridge sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity, analyze risks, and collaborate with procurement and production teams to keep projects on track and within budget. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Ensures materials, labor, and machinery are available to meet production goals. Tracks project progress, identifies potential delays, and implements corrective actions. Acts as a liaison between sales, marketing, and manufacturing to manage expectations and schedule changes. Utilizes ERP software (M1) and spreadsheets to document and optimize workflow. Optimize the use of staff, equipment, and facilities for maximum productivity. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively. Develop strategies to improve efficiency, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in a related field required; at least five years of manufacturing or related experience required. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Proficiency with scheduling software and digital tools. Adaptable to changing priorities.
