Description We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist with 1-3 years of technical support experience to join our established support team. This individual will provide front-line assistance to end users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities * Provide support for computer hardware, software, and business applications * Troubleshoot and support mobile devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices * Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution * Communicate technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner * Deliver one-on-one end-user training as needed * Identify issues requiring escalation and route them to the appropriate support level Required Skills * Service desk / help desk support * Troubleshooting and problem resolution * Ticketing systems * Active Directory * Office 365 * Windows 10 and Windows operating systems * Password resets and account management * Hardware and peripheral support * Microsoft Office and Outlook * Strong customer service orientation Additional Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Professional, patient, and user-focused demeanor Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Bend, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
