We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven Software Engineer to help us design, build, and sustain software systems and analytical pipelines that power groundbreaking cancer genomics, medical imaging, and EHRbased research. In this role, we work closely with Biostatistics faculty and scientific teams whose research directly informs clinical decisionmaking and improves patient outcomes. Together, we are building robust, productionquality software that enables advanced analysis of some of the most complex and impactful biomedical datasets in cancer research. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of rigorous engineering and scientific discovery-someone who enjoys turning challenging analytical questions into reliable, maintainable, and reproducible software solutions.
