Description
Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Support external manufacturing operations by managing and direct packaging and labeling compliance, process excellence, labeling business reviews and industry benchmarking.
  • Conduct inventory tracking, demand and S&OP planning, supply planning, material requirements planning, master production scheduling, performance measurement reporting, escalation and troubleshooting, and supply agreement negotiations; monitoring drug product levels and ordering drug product.
  • Participate in value stream mapping, market research, cost evaluations, and gathering logistics information (transportation information; supplier information, qualifications, and evaluations).
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk, performance, quality, and total cost.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional colleagues; present updates and KPIs as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of projects that are identified as such and protects information accordingly.
  • Performs other duties as required.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred disciplines include Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management; MBA is a plus.
  • 0-2 years of experience in branded, pharma commercial operations; small molecule product launch experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of packaging/Labeling/Serialization to both HDA (Healthcare Distributors Alliance) and DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act) standards is welcomed.
  • Global packaging and labelling knowledge or experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience planning and implementing new labeling for a new medication or additional indication is viewed favorably.
  • ASCM professional certification is welcomed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated; ability to adapt within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and set own priorities, while maintaining accuracy and attention to details.

The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.
