About the role

The Sales and Recruiting Technology Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive support for our sales and recruiting technology initiatives. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our third-party tools, data hygiene processes, and sales enablement efforts. The position will work with the Innovation team and closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimal utilization of tools and resources.

What you'll be doing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

3rd Party Tool Administration and Support:

  • Administer and provide support for various third-party tools including LinkedIn RSC/Sales Navigator/Talent Insights, ZoomInfo, Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Dice, Demandbase, High Velocity Sales, Engage, and Gather.
  • Manage onboarding and terminations of all licenses.
  • Conduct usage audits and allocate costs to appropriate cost centers.
  • Analyze usage and adoption of tools; implement ideas to maximize ROI
  • Manage credit allocations and handle exception requests for the Job Board Task Force.
  • Serve as the first line of support for all third-party tool inquiries, emails, and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor tool performance and work with vendors to resolve issues and optimize functionality.

Data Hygiene:

  • Complete the LHHR Data Hygiene Matrix monthly.
  • Manage deduplication, merge requests, and account cleansing for CRM and ATS.
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Sales Enablement:

  • Within Salesforce (SFDC), audit and clean up sales pipelines, build lists, perform bulk uploads, and generate reports.
  • Configure and build Sales Cadences in High Velocity Sales as directed.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

    Unily Content Management:

    • Create and maintain Unily pages for LHH US RS.
    • Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to develop engaging content.

    Bullhorn Automate:

    • Configure builds as directed.
    • Monitor and optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency.
    • Provide training and support to users on automation features.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Handle various ad-hoc projects and requests as directed.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
About you

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant experience in administering and supporting third-party tools.
  • Experience in a similar role with strong organizational and administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office skills required, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of data and system interactions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in data management and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide first-line support.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training sessions to diverse audiences.

This position is nonexempt and will be paid on an hourly basis. The salary range below has been annualized based on a 40-hour workweek.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $21.09 - $38.66. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
