JOB OVERVIEW: ITC Federal is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Director who will be responsible for overseeing the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts within ITC Federal. This role ensures that contracts align with legal requirements and organizational objectives while mitigating potential risks, monitoring contract performance, maintaining records, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate successful and compliant business relationships. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors.
