Harness Assembly Level 2 *Shift: 1st, (6am-3pm)* *Pay: $18-$20/hr (Based on experience)* We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Harness Assembly Level 2 team member to support production operations. This position plays a critical role in assembling, testing, and packaging electronic harness assemblies while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate has strong print-reading skills, hands-on assembly experience, and a willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. Job Description: Perform harness and electronic assembly work including board work, cutting, stripping, splicing, and crimping Use hand tools, press crimping tools, and power tools to assemble components according to specifications Read, understand, and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and verbal directions Demonstrate strong print reading and comprehension skills (required) Perform basic crimping for 28-2 gauge wire and larger Prepare products for shipment through kitting and bagging processes Inspect and test parts and finished products during and after assembly to ensure quality standards are met Participate in IPC training modules as required Cross-train in other department areas as needed to support production demands
