JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead, Clinical Analytics to join our Digital Technology - Clinical Patient Evidence team based out of Raleigh, NC (hybrid) About the role This pivotal role centers on leveraging advanced analytics and business intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making across Clinical Operations (GCSO) and digital technology initiatives. The position is responsible for designing and implementing robust analytics strategies that support the full spectrum of clinical trial activities, from planning to execution and optimization. This role will champion the adoption and integration of cutting-edge analytics and business intelligence technologies-including PowerBI, AI, GenAI, and large language models (LLMs)-to enhance core clinical development processes. Who you'll work with This individual will work in close partnership with stakeholders throughout the clinical development and clinical study operations journey, the role identifies opportunities to harness data, uncovers actionable insights, and translates complex analytics into innovative, scalable business solutions. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,000 - $165,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
