As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post, supporting coverage across the property and responding quickly to service needs. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and policy concerns.
• Monitor entrances, corridors, and gathering areas, observing for suspicious behavior, potential hazards, and policy violations, and communicate findings to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical calls, lost child reports, and customer disputes, while requesting additional support as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and activity logs, document incident details, and support access control tasks such as verifying credentials for staff, vendors, and contractors when assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
