As an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support operations with clear communication, detailed reporting, and customer-focused service for employees, drivers, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, yard space, parking lots, and building perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points such as gates, docks, and employee or visitor entrances, verifying authorization, directing arrivals to proper check-in areas, and assisting with traffic flow as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete required reports and logs, communicate notable activity to oncoming personnel and site management, and support loss prevention efforts by reporting suspicious activity and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
