Position: Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (on site)

We are seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver structural engineering projects. This role focuses on scope, schedule, and budget management; client coordination; risk mitigation; and cross-disciplinary communication to ensure smooth delivery and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and effective at balancing quality, timelines, and resources.



Responsibilities

    Develop project plans, budgets, staffing, and resource allocations.
  • Prepare fee proposals and coordinate scopes and contracts with internal/external teams.
  • Plan and conduct internal/external project meetings; document decisions and actions.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, and profitability targets; manage scope changes.
  • Oversee QA/QC, constructability reviews, and coordination with other disciplines.
  • Support client relationships and represent the firm professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred)
  • PE licensure or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • 6+ years of structural engineering experience, including project coordination.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
