Peraton is seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and technology projects focused on aviation voice and communications systems supporting the FAA. This role oversees multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for voice switching systems, air-ground communications, VoIP infrastructure, radio systems, network transport, and related NAS communication technologies. You will guide projects from concept through deployment, ensuring technical deliverables meet FAA operational, security, and performance standards. The ideal candidate blends strong telecommunications or voice systems knowledge with proven project management expertise and can translate complex communication system requirements into executable plans that support uninterrupted air traffic operations. This role is located in Bethesda, MD. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
