Starkey is hiring an Sr. Executive Assistant for our Global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level strategic and operational support to members of the Executive Team. This role enables leadership effectiveness by anticipating needs, supporting informed decision-making, and driving organizational alignment. Operating as a trusted extension of executive leadership, the Senior Executive Assistant exercises exceptional judgment, discretion, and initiative to streamline priorities, enhance communication, and maintain momentum on enterprise initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Executive Support



  • Serve as a strategic partner to Executives by anticipating needs, enabling decision-making, and ensuring organizational priorities advance smoothly.
  • Manage executive workflows and communication channels to enhance focus, reduce operational friction, and improve responsiveness.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment by coordinating key meetings, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring leaders have the right information at the right time.
  • Optimize executive calendars with a strategic lens, prioritizing high-value activities and safeguarding time for leadership, strategy, and people.
  • Lead executive-level travel coordination to ensure efficient, secure, and cost-effective itineraries.
  • Track critical deadlines, obligations, and deliverables, proactively informing leaders ahead of time.
  • Identify, validate, and curate industry reports, survey responses, and other relevant intelligence.



Strategic Meeting & Event Enablement



  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and preparation for high-impact internal and external meetings.
  • Develop and distribute agendas aligned to executive and enterprise priorities.
  • Capture key themes, decisions, and direction in concise meeting minutes.
  • Document action items, owners, and timelines and support follow-up as requested.
  • Ensure conference room and virtual meeting technologies function reliably.



Enterprise Tools, Systems & Communication



  • Maintain governance over collaboration and productivity tools (Teams, Webex, HRIS systems, shared calendars, conferencing platforms).
  • Assist with presentation development and executive materials.
  • Post, archive, and manage documents, news, and departmental sites as requested.
  • Maintain key reports and executive/department documentation.



Department & Office Operations



  • Maintain office equipment and supply inventory; proactively reorder as needed.
  • Maintain departmental equipment inventory, including new hire equipment.
  • Compile, maintain, and distribute departmental reports.
  • Ensure office equipment functions properly and provide training as requested.



Talent & People Operations Support



  • Assist with personnel documentation and activities.
  • Track scheduling and documentation of quarterly conversations and annual reviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities in partnership with HR and IT.
  • Maintain staff directory, distribution lists, and departmental milestone lists.
  • Support development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

Education



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Specialized administrative or project management coursework/certifications desirable


Experience



  • 5-8+ years supporting senior or executive-level leaders in a dynamic organization
  • Experience supporting leaders with large, global teams preferred


Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, Visio, Power BI), PDF editors, and Webex
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Exposure to emerging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Agentforce) preferred
  • Experience supporting executive presence on social media platforms preferred

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,460 - $105,000/ year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Benefits:

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays annually, 2 floater days annually, 1 volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
