Parker Hannifin Corporation - Hydraulic and Aerospace Filtration Division (a manufacturing facility) is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Intern to join our Maintenance Department. The internship will provide valuable, practical experience, while having the ability to engage and impact our workforce. Candidates should have an interest in Maintenance as a career path and must be currently pursuing a technical diploma, or an associate or bachelor's degree, preferably within maintenance or a related field. Ideally, the intern would be able to work full-time hours during the summer with possible opportunities for part-time, 15-20 hours per week, during the school weeks. Position Summary Position Summary Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and in conformance with established maintenance protocols, safety standards, and operational procedures, performs maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of manufacturing equipment and systems. Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and ensure efficient lean manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Responsibilities

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger or touch objects, tools, or controls, to push and pull objects, and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. The associate is occasionally required to work from elevated platforms and/or ladders, and use specific vision faculties which include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
