Position Summary Position Summary: Provides leadership and management for the Information Technology function globally. Responsible for working directly with division leadership to develop IT strategic plans to aid the business in meeting financial and operational commitments. Responsible for improving IT operational efficiencies, leading Lean initiatives, driving cost efficiencies, and implementing best practice standards and documentation. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: _X_ Has Direct Reports ____ Does Not Have Direct Reports Reports directly to the Vice President of IT for the Fluid Connectors Group and indirectly to Precision Fluidics General Manager. Interacts routinely with all division functional areas, as well as with other parts of Parker IT and key vendors and service providers. Responsibilities Essential Functions: * Work directly with division functional teams to understand needs and develop a roadmap for delivering enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems. Qualifications Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or other closely related discipline.
