You will help manage entry points, verify badges and credentials, screen visitors and contractors, and maintain clear logs and communication with site teams. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols of key areas, and respond to security-related concerns with a calm, customer-service mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at gates, entrances, and/or dock areas by verifying identification, checking credentials against approved lists, issuing temporary badges, and maintaining visitor and contractor logs.
• Screen incoming and outgoing traffic by coordinating with shipping and receiving teams, confirming appointments, and monitoring vehicle, trailer, and seal information to help support controlled site access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, staging areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity, reporting hazards and irregular conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
