Project Manager- AI product focus

We are seeking a highly proactive and adaptable Project Manager to join a rapidly growing team. This role is critical for establishing and maintaining robust project management infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication, and driving projects forward across various stages of development. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing initiatives from strategic inception to active execution, often involving AI product development. This position is integral to improving operational efficiency, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting the team's exponential growth by bringing much-needed structure and communication to complex projects.

Responsibilities:

* Diligently manage and track project timelines, ensuring clear communication regarding expectations and progress.

* Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks or delays to stakeholders.

* Manage multiple, competing project priorities from various internal business units.

* Collaborate with AI Product Owners and Directors to shape and prioritize strategic initiatives.

* Oversee projects at different stages of the pipeline: strategic visioning, shaping, and active development.

* Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including those working with AI product development.

* Contribute to building and improving project management processes and infrastructure.

* Work effectively within multiple project management systems.

Qualifications:

* 2-3+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment or a role managing competing internal client priorities.

* Demonstrated experience with or strong understanding of generative AI platforms and related projects.

* Proven ability to proactively communicate project status, risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.

* Experience managing projects from strategic inception through active execution.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to be nimble and adapt to working within multiple systems and ambiguous project scopes.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management) is a plus.
