Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a high-visibility location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas on foot and by bicycle, maintain a strong presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance. You will complete routine patrols, document observations, and communicate clearly while delivering friendly customer service to visitors, residents, and staff, reflecting our agile, reliable, and integrity-driven culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of public-facing areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor for access control concerns, suspicious activity, hazards, and/or quality-of-life issues, and take appropriate action within post orders, including requesting assistance when needed.
• Complete detailed written and/or electronic reports, including incident documentation, patrol logs, and daily activity summaries, and maintain professional interaction with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• The ability to ride a bike is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
