As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Brookwood, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location as an unarmed, driving patrol officer. You will conduct vehicle patrols and visible rounds across assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and document observations with clear communication. You will greet employees and visitors with strong customer service, respond to calls for assistance, and support a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and committed to integrity and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and visitors; help to maintain accurate entry and exit records per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and public responders when needed.
• Complete detailed shift logs and incident reports, communicate observations to oncoming personnel, and support security-related operations during outages, alarms, and/or changing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
