Role Overview

The Partner will be the single point of strategic, operational, and P&L leadership for the entire US Data Labs organization. This role unifies the specialized functions (Data, Offer, Client) to ensure the lab operates as a cohesive and profitable growth engine for Ipsos North America.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership



  • Work directly with the Chief Strategy Officer to shape, socialize, and execute the bold vision for the US Data Labs.
  • Hold ultimate accountability for the business plan, revenue targets, and profitability of the Data Labs.
  • Unify the leadership of the Data, Offer, and Client Development teams, ensuring they "march as one Ipsos."
  • Establish and oversee the centralized team structure to effectively plan, manage, and develop all North American analytics teams, ensuring streamlined capacity management and operations.
  • Serve as the ultimate ambassador for the practice, both internally to other Service Lines and externally to the market and key stakeholders. This includes engagement with global counterparts to deliver integrated products to clients.
  • Recognize and drive opportunities for major organizational and practice-wide innovation and efficiency.


Talent & Culture



  • Lead talent attraction, development, retention, and empowerment strategies for the entire Data Labs organization.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development


Required Qualifications



  • At least 15 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related fields
  • Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue through analytics
  • Expertise in data integration, advanced analytics, and business intelligence
  • Excellent communication and executive presence


Preferred Qualifications



  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics)
  • Experience in market research or behavioral science
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $250,000 to $280,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
