Position Summary:

Warn Industries is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Specialist with a background in managing product data and pricing within the automotive aftermarket industry. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product and pricing data to support sales channels, digital catalogs, and internal systems.

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of AutoCare Association data standards (ACES & PIES), strong pricing and data governance skills, and a passion for accuracy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer confidence, operational efficiency, and profitable growth through high-quality product and pricing data.

Essential Functions:

  1. Create, maintain, and govern product data within PIM, ERP, and related systems, including attributes, fitment, lifecycle status, and hierarchy.
  2. Manage product pricing data (list, contract, and UMP), price sheets, and effective dates across all systems.
  3. Coordinate and communicate pricing changes in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Product Management.
  4. Support administration and enforcement of WARN's UMP policy, including data maintenance and channel communications.
  5. Own and maintain the product hierarchy, ensuring consistent classification and alignment across systems and reports.
  6. Publish and distribute product data in compliance with AutoCare ACES & PIES standards.
  7. Produce product, pricing, and sales reports using tools such as Power BI and JD Edwards.
  8. Monitor data quality and proactively resolve discrepancies or gaps.
  9. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for product data, pricing structure, and cataloging best practices.
  10. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Required Education and/or Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 3+ years of experience in product data management, cataloging, or pricing administration within the automotive or aftermarket industry.
  3. Working knowledge of AutoCare ACES & PIES standards; experience with SEMA Data Co-op or DCI preferred.
  4. Experience managing product pricing, price sheets, or pricing governance.
  5. Proficiency with PIM and ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
  6. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  7. Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Strong technical background and ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  2. MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  3. Experience in the outdoor industry or off-road enthusiast market.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence in the English language. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other team members. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and customer service skills.

Mathematical Skills:

Must have mathematical skills equivalent to those required under education requirement.

Standing, Walking, Sitting, Lifting, Carrying, Balancing, Stooping, Reaching, Handling, Talking, Hearing, Acuity-Far, Acuity-Near, Depth Perception, and Field of Vision.

Physical Demands:

May require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. May require lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Environment/Atmospheric Conditions:

Ability to work in office and shop environments as needed; may be exposed to loud machinery, cold temperatures, chemicals, and vapors.

PC, fax, copy machine, office equipment, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, PIM and ERP Systems, etc.
