As a Security Officer - Lobby Watch in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintain a highly visible presence, and support smooth daily operations. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control and incident documentation, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Monitor access control points and verify identification, badging, and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, lots, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete required reports and daily activity logs, document incidents and observations, and assist with investigations as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
