Job Title: ReceptionistJob DescriptionAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will manage incoming calls, handle courier services, and maintain visitor logs and security protocols. Additionally, you will oversee the boardroom schedule and equipment, while offering vital administrative support such as typing, filing, photocopying, and mail preparation. Responsibilities * Greet and direct visitors while providing information. * Answer telephone or console switchboard calls. * Receive and send packages via couriers, maintaining visitor log and call records. * Provide security passes and badges. * Maintain boardroom schedule and equipment. * Provide administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.
