As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in Coolidge, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay visible to help to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with calm, clear communication. You will support employees and visitors with customer service while documenting observations and reporting issues. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or warehouse location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or hazard concerns for reporting.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, issue visitor credentials per site procedure, and direct traffic and deliveries to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initial assessment, notifications, and completing incident documentation.
• Use radios, phones, and security-related systems to communicate observations, assist with minor disruptions, and support site operations during shift changes and high-traffic periods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
