Job Overview:

The Joint Training Tool System Manager provides administrative and development support to the JTP Coordinator, managing and developing USTRANSCOM's Joint Training Program.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting administrative and developmental aspects of the organization's training policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring plans, actions, and milestones align with command objectives.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination through planning and execution of senior leader engagements.
  • Implementing Joint Training Impact on Warfighting Readiness methodology and tracking effectiveness.
  • Compiling annual reports for senior leadership.
  • Advising on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Joint Training System (JTS) matters.
  • Providing expert guidance on leveraging JTS to achieve training goals across all four phases: Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessment.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 years of DoD support experience.
  • Experience supporting classified environments.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Security Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
