Join our imaging team and work alongside experienced radiologists and clinical leaders in a supportive, patient-centered environment. In this role, you'll perform high-quality mammography procedures while ensuring safety, comfort, and accuracy at every step. What You'll Do Perform a variety of mammography procedures using advanced imaging technology Collaborate closely with radiologists and the Lead Technologist to deliver accurate diagnostic results Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and care throughout all procedures Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and imaging protocols Accurately document procedures using PACS and HIS/RIS systems Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and professionalism What You Bring Education Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (required) Experience Previous experience in radiologic technology (preferred) Prior mammography experience (strongly preferred) Licensure & Certification Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (Radiography and Mammography) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire) ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology (required) ARRT certification in Mammography (required or must be obtained within 1 year of hire) BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers (required) Skills & Competencies Strong communication and patient service skills Proficiency with imaging systems, including PACS and HIS/RIS Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Detail-oriented with strong organizational and technical skills Why Join Us?
