We push the limits of innovation to solve the world's most important challenges-striving for execution excellence, while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond. Together, we advance your career.

THE ROLE:

Join AMD's Technical Product Management team to define and deliver next-generation networking infrastructure that powers high-performance computing and advanced data center platforms. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of networking products that enable scalable, high-throughput, and low-latency environments.

You will operate at the intersection of engineering and product, partnering closely with hardware and software teams to bring innovative networking solutions to life. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure that supports modern workloads across cloud, datacenter, AI/ML, and high-performance computing environments.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate is a technically strong Product Manager with a solid foundation in networking or infrastructure systems and a passion for building impactful products. You are comfortable engaging in deep technical discussions while also translating complex concepts into clear product direction and business value. This role requires a balance of technical depth and product ownership, not purely engineering-focused and not solely marketing or GTM-oriented. You thrive in cross-functional environments and can effectively bridge engineering, product, and customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the product roadmap and execution for networking infrastructure, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability
  • Partner with engineering teams to define and deliver networking architectures that support modern infrastructure use cases (datacenter, cloud, AI/ML, or HPC environments)
  • Translate technical requirements and system-level tradeoffs into clear product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, identify gaps, and deliver impactful product solutions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Support integration of emerging networking technologies and partner solutions into AMD's infrastructure roadmap
  • Guide product lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and post-launch optimization

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Background in networking systems, infrastructure, or related technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, SDN, RDMA, InfiniBand)
  • Experience building or managing technical products, particularly in infrastructure or platform environments
  • Exposure to datacenter, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or high-performance computing environments
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on system architecture, performance, and scalability topics
  • Experience working with cloud providers or large-scale infrastructure environments
  • Prior experience in roles such as Technical Product Manager, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, or Solutions Architect
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
MBA or business background is a plus
