The Vice President of Patient Services - Perioperative Care serves as the senior executive leader accountable for the strategic, operational, financial, and clinical performance of all perioperative and procedural services across Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
This role provides enterprise-level leadership across operating rooms, procedural platforms, sterile processing, perioperative support services, and clinical partnerships, ensuring alignment with Mercy's mission, quality standards, and long-term growth strategy. The VP functions as a strategic partner to physicians, nursing leadership, and executive administration. Driving operational excellence, throughput optimization, workforce sustainability, and capital modernization while advancing highreliability, patientcentered care.
