Description
Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Oakdale office. We are looking for an enthusiastic assistant who can anticipate needs and work on a wide variety of administrative and project support services for our multidisciplinary team. This is a jack-of-all-trades position with an emphasis on receptionist duties, clerical support, shipping and receiving, event planning and scheduling. This role also provides project specific support related to client calendars, project manuals, project bidding, project permitting, PIFs, reports, etc. If you have clerical experience & enjoy working on multiple project tasks and procedures in a fast-paced atmosphere, then we are looking for you!
