Position Location This position is posted in Huntsville, AL; however, qualified candidates may be based in Colorado Springs, CO or Chesapeake, VA. Candidates must be able to work in one of these locations. Relocation assistance is not provided. Occasional travel up to 10% may be required. Job Overview The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting a data-driven and technology-enabled Human Resources function. This position is responsible for HR reporting and analytics, HRIS administration, system support, and data integrity across HR platforms. The HR Analyst partners closely with HR leadership, HR functional teams, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to deliver accurate reporting, actionable insights, and reliable HR system operations.
