Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace
- Develop and implement safety management systems, including:
- Hazard identification
- Risk assessments
- Mitigation planning
- Compliance auditing and reporting
- Serve as a safety subject matter expert (SME) on:
- Capital projects
- Process improvements
- Cost reduction initiatives
- Train and educate employees on safety procedures such as:
- PPE
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Ergonomics
- Hazardous materials handling
- Lead and support incident investigations, including:
- Root cause analysis
- Corrective action planning and execution
- Manage hazardous and residual waste programs
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety and environmental systems
- Lead hazard identification and risk assessment processes
- Plan and execute process safety mitigation projects
- Ensure all safety documentation and compliance requirements are maintained
- Execute capital projects safely, meeting cost, schedule, and performance targets
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and knowledge sharing across the plant
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations
- Serve as an on-call safety contact as needed

What Will Make You Successful Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates considered)

- Compliance and safety regulations
