Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to perform a wide range of administrative and operational research duties in support of the National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC). Specifically this position will support NIDHC's Research and Analysis Team and predominantly work on the Pre-and Post-Crash Care (PPCC) Program, executed on behalf of the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The Program Coordinator will serve as a central point of coordination for research and operational activities between internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will coordinate all regulatory IRB submissions and facilitate communication with external sub awardees and HJF and USU regulatory affairs teams. The Program Coordinator will support the PPCC Program Manager and task Project Managers in executing a wide-range of administrative tasks. The National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC) was established in 2025 by combining three defense entities: the National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health (NCDMPH), the Center for Global Health Engagement (CGHE), and the Defense Institute for Medical Operations (DIMO). Its mission is to support military and civilian health operational readiness in crisis and conflict through training and education, planning and partnership, and research and analysis.
