Proposed Work Description

Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The nature of business is that priorities can shift according to the needs of the company/department. Therefore, described below is a sampling of the kinds of work we expect this position to entail:



  • New production line support
  • Operational Excellence (OpEx) projects
  • Supporting managers on executing Quarterly Master Plan
  • Aseptic Training Program Support



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • Ability to interact collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook).

Education & Experience



  • Pursuing degree in Engineering discipline, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences or related field.
  • Interest in leadership in regulated industry including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, production or manufacturing.



Working Conditions



  • Work is performed primarily in office, laboratory, manufacturing and construction sites.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts and at heights as needed.



Compensation and Benefits



  • Base rate is $19.00 per hour
  • Benefits include medical insurance and 401k participation
