Lead Operator Assembly - Coat 2nd Shift

The role of our Coating Lead would be to coordinate the daily operations of a production team on our production floor. Foster a positive team environment, ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety standards while displaying the core behaviors of leader.

* Build and maintain a positive and supportive team culture
* Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
* Recognize and reward employee achievements to boost morale
* Schedule and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and workload
* Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks

Additional responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production procedures
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
* Facilitate cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility
* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Represent the company in a professional manner
* Assist with other duties as assigned

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
* Coating thickness measurement experience preferred
* Previous Spray painting experience preferred
* Previous experience as a coater(Metal)
